New Development
The Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences
Developer PMG, along with partners Greybrook, Mohari Hospitality, S2 Development and Hilton, are set to start construction this month on the Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences.
The 360-unit condo portion of the project is already 87% sold. The hotel portion, South Florida's first edition of the stately Waldorf Astoria brand, will have 205 rooms and suites.

The Residences at 1428 Brickell
The 850-foot-tall Residences at 1428 Brickell will offer 189 for-sale apartments and be designed by Arquitectonica and Italian firm ACPV Architects, Ytech announced Tuesday.
Units are expected to be sold for between $2M and $7M, with penthouses ranging between $8M and $40M, according to the release. Ytech acquired the 1.1-acre site for $26.5M in 2017.

St.Regis Residences Miami
The developers of the waterfront St. Regis Residences Miami are downsizing their plans and increasing condo prices, The Real Deal has learned.
Instead of two 46-story towers, Related Group and Integra Investments will build one 46-story tower. And instead of about 330 units, the two Miami-based developers plan about 150 condos on the site at 1809 Brickell Avenue, said Related Group president Jon Paul Pérez.
